Sponge, filling and glaze are all made with real 72% Belgian chocolate. Inspired by the Sacher torte: a chocolate-rich sponge with our homemade white plum (mirabelle) jam, filled with true Belgian ganache. The whole cake is coated in Belgian chocolate and finished with dark or white chocolate shavings.
