Chocolate mousse, jelly and strawberries. A marbled chocolate and vanilla sponge filled with a French-style mousse of Belgian chocolate, with a layer of homemade fresh strawberry jelly at its centre. Topped with strawberries dipped in Belgian chocolate. Available only during strawberry season.
