A base of real chocolate brownies with a thin layer of crunchy white chocolate. Filled with a sweet and salty Dulce de Leche caramel mousse, cooked slowly rather than burnt. Coated in 62% Belgian chocolate and sprinkled with a homemade mix of roasted walnuts, Ceylon cinnamon and honey.
