An unconventional cake with an unconventional flavour: unmistakable hazelnuts, spicy cinnamon and juicy carrot, softened with mascarpone and lemon. The moist, fresh sponge is full of fresh carrot, cinnamon and nuts, filled with a light cream of mascarpone and whipping cream, freshened with lemon and orange zest. The top is decorated with carrot slices marinated in brown sugar.
