An honest walnut cake the way a grandmother would bake it. A walnut sponge filled with Belgian chocolate and walnut ganache, buttercream and a layer of homemade sour cherry jam. The top is covered in ground walnuts, and every slice carries a whole walnut dipped in Belgian chocolate.
